Ordering and Payment

Membership subscriptions and digital entry-pack purchases are one-time or recurring charges as described at checkout; membership plans auto-renew monthly until canceled. New memberships may begin with a 15-day free trial; a valid payment method is required up front, and your card is charged automatically only when the trial period ends.

Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of physical merchandise. However, delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Digital entry packs and membership entries are credited to your account electronically at the time of purchase.

Sweepstakes Rules — Sony FX3 Giveaway

Shotvara runs a monthly giveaway, featuring the fully-rigged Sony FX3 camera package as the headline prize. During an active giveaway, official rules and the entry deadline can be found on the Giveaway page.

When a giveaway has ended, our sweepstakes administrator will review entrant information to ensure that you are eligible for the giveaway. If you are not eligible for the giveaway, you still have the right to purchase digital entry packs, memberships, and merchandise on the Website. No purchase is necessary to enter where prohibited by law; entry packs grant entries into the drawing and are separate from any merchandise purchase.

Members receive a monthly entry allowance tied to their subscription plan (Starter or Pro) plus a 10% discount on additional one-time entry packs. Membership giveaway entries are only valid once your free trial has ended and the card on file has been successfully charged. If you are still within your free trial, your monthly membership entries will not be credited or entered into the giveaway until the trial period expires and your first successful payment is processed. If a trial subscription is canceled before the trial ends, no membership entries are granted. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

All Sales Final — No Chargebacks

All purchases of digital entry packs, memberships, and merchandise are final. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks are permitted for any reason, including sweepstakes outcomes. By submitting payment you agree that you enter at your own risk and waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer. Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any accrued giveaway entries.
